- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficiency.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold quality standards.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to innovate our menu offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
